Positive: The location is good. It's close to the subway.
Negative: The place is located in the basement. It's smelly. The flor was dirty.
When we arrived the heating was broken and for first night it was around 14C degrees. Fortunately the contact with the host was quite good and after 2 hours someone arrived to replace the battery.
