Large 4 Bedroom House In Central London

Positive: La posizione è buona in un quartiere molto vivo ma tranquillo, tube ad un km a piedi molto fattibile, collegata benissimo sia con l'aeroporto di Heathrow sia con il centro di Londra. Ottimo il prezzo. Padrone di casa sempre disponibile e gentile. Negative: Purtroppo la pulizia non è il massimo, abbiamo trovato sporcizia in bagno e, in generale, polvere ovunque. Lenzuola e asciugamani in compenso erano puliti e freschi. Con un'attenzione migliore al rinnovamento di alcune cose ( tipo il divano letto ) e qualche accorgimento in più, il miglioramento sarebbe evidente.

If I came back to London with a group of 8/10 people I definitely will book this apartm Positive: Kitchen and living room Check-in, check-out Bathrooms Negative: The only downside was the lack of blackout curtains in living room and in sone bedrooms, as there was too much light in the morning which made it difficult to sleep.

Positive: Big enough to accommodate 8 people, near to all amenities and bus stops , not close to tube station. Negative: The clean could be way better. Not enough glasswear, big salad bowls. The heating was on timer and felt cold inside the house. The bathrooms need a very good clean , grouting is mouldy , also a repair, doors need varnished. Decking is rotten, mouldy and algae is spread on the decking, it’s rather dangerous as the decking boards are rotten outside and inside, attention while walking on it. Broken tiling in the open plan kitchen floor and lounge. Attic room window is cracked. The house is worn out. Communication were fairly good and had issue with the heating on timer, needed to ask the owner few times to remote allow the timer to be on all the time as it was cold. He explain in the end that we need to put the thermostat on the second fool , however even then the heating was still on timer and the house was cold inside general, especially when you visit in February. Definitely not visiting again until the house is fixed and repair and cleaned properly .
