This apartment requires No smoking, No pets, No parties, events or loud noise between 22:00 - 08:00. Please Handle Keys with care (Loss or Damaged key will be charged up-to £50.00. Please remove shoes at door, Please Do not use any extra beds or bedding's without consent except what is provided for, Please Keep premises clean after use, Please Return the place in a neat and tidy condition, Please leave keys in key safe upon check out, unarranged late check out is charged at £30 per hour. Our property is inventory checked, Damaged or missing item will be charged for compensation. We may ask for govt issued IDs for verification at the check in. No Visitors, family or friends allowed in the property without consent. (Penalty - Reservation cancellation) If found in breach of the above rules we reserve the right to make damage deposit claim.
